
Ingredients
- 2 kiwis, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 cup Kara Coco 100% Coconut Water
- 2 tablespoons Kara Classic UHT Coconut Milk
- 1 lemon, juiced (more to taste)
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy, about one minute.
- Serve over ice.
