- 800g pineapple, sliced
Ingredient B
- 12g dried chillies
- 10g turmeric
- 150g shallots
- 2 red chillies
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
Ingredient C
- 2 pcs star anise
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 250ml water
- 200ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream
- 2 sprigs laksa leaf
Method
- In a hot wok, add oil and saute Ingredient B. Add sliced pineapple and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add Ingredient C and bring it to boil before simmering till pineapple slices become soft.
