- 100g barley, washed and soaked in water for about 2 hours
- 400g pumpkin, cubed and steamed
- 1 stalk pandan leaf
- 200g sugar
- 200ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream
- Bring Ingredient A to boil, then turn to low heat and simmer until barley is soft.
- Add Ingredient B and cook until softened.
- Toss in Ingredient C and sir evenly.
