Pumpkin Coconut Pudding

Ingredients

Ingredient A

  • 1 small pumpkin, head chopped off with seeds removed

Ingredient B

  • 100ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream

Ingredient C

  • 100g palm sugar

Ingredient D

  • 100g egg
  • 1 tsp pandan essence
Method
  1. Boil Ingredient B and pour into Ingredient C. Mix well until sugar dissolves.
  2. Let it cool and pour into Ingredient D.
  3. Mixed well by hand (do not use the whisk)
  4. Pour into the Ingredient A and steam for 30 to 40 minutes.

Serving portions: 2 persons
