- 1 small pumpkin, head chopped off with seeds removed
- 100ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream
- 100g palm sugar
- 100g egg
- 1 tsp pandan essence
- Boil Ingredient B and pour into Ingredient C. Mix well until sugar dissolves.
- Let it cool and pour into Ingredient D.
- Mixed well by hand (do not use the whisk)
- Pour into the Ingredient A and steam for 30 to 40 minutes.
